I read the story about the Nashville show where Jerry Douglas had Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood join him, so happy to see Maura contributed as well, I love Helpless Heart the song she did, it's one of my favorites. The almost Springteen-ish 3 hour show must have been a blast, Mac, were you there?

Many several years ago, at the Bowery Ballroom in lower Manhattan, Maura was part of a show with Jerry, Tim O'Brien, Russ Barrenberg, and several others I can't remember, sort of an Ensemble Show, that was lots and lots of fun. After that show I felt honored that I could say I got to see the master musician Jerry Douglas- LIVE. He is fabulous.

Helpless Heart was the first song (and video) that I heard from Maura. I loved the images in the video...and that voice!!!...I can still picture exactly where I was when I saw it. I was mezmorized!
