I was wondering if there is any chance that MO might be doing a Christmas show with Jerry Douglas again like she did a couple of years ago. That Show was fabulous.
I guess MO has no plans to ever do a Christmas album?
To start a little discussion on here, what is your favorite Christmas song?
Mine is John Prine's Christmas In Prison.

Hmm...I am not sure what my favorite Christmas song might be....
A few years back, John Berry came out with a Christmas album called, "Oh Holy Night." I really enjoyed the title song quite a bit...That is definitely one of my favorite ones.
In general, I am not a big fan of Christmas albums...How many different ways can one sing Jingle Bells? But I guess it is all in good fun!
How about all you others?

Just got back last night from Nashville - Knoxville - New York. I attended the Jerry Douglas Christmas Show last Saturday in Franklin Tn. It was a benefit show for Children's Organ Transplant Association. Check out Jerry's web site for the full set list under the Howdy Folks tab. Maura did an incredible version of River for her first song. She also covered Spinning Wheel - New Years Eve - Blue Train - Trouble in the Fields. Another epic weekend with some of the best people on the planet!

Forgot about The Blessing at the end of the show. Goosebumps!
When she does the Blessing live, it really brings tears to my eyes.....so moving!
