Having trouble catching the fourth line of the first stanza: " Looking out.........."?

The line is "Looking out of this hole I dug"

That's funny that you had trouble with that line too. I asked Maura after a concert what that same line was and she repeated it back to me twice. It sounded to me like "Looking out of this ole' eyed dog"! (That just never made sense to me.) Then finally someone else repeated the same words! "Looking out of this HOLE I'VE DUG." I like to tell the story to others copying the accent.

I love your singing, Maura. You are fabulous.
